Our story began in 1981, when founder and director David Maskell began his career in a meat market in Essex, England. There he refined his craft and recognized the industry’s potential for growth.

Our History
1993
CEO David Maskell, co-founded the staffing and recruitment agency “Transway- Contracting” in the Netherlands.
1999
Transway Contracting acquired large client portfolios across europe, including -the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium & Norway
2014
The conceptualization of Amploy were established in collaboration with farmer Kristian Skrettingland
2016
Amploy is founded and opens its first office in Varhaug, Rogaland, marking the beginning of our company journey.
2018
Amploy expands its core services for both the agriculture & meat industry, introducing sanitation solutions and factory staffing.
2025
Amploy relocates to new headquarters in Bryne, Rogaland to accommodate the continual growth of the company.
2023
Amploy expands its operations and launches a new venture, “Amploy Recruitment,” offering recruitment solutions.
