About Amploy

In 2016, Amploy was established with its first office situated in Varhaug, Rogaland. Originating from the need within the farming industry, particularly in Rogaland, one of Norway’s prime farming regions, Amploy was conceived to provide crucial support in the maintenance and upkeep of animal housing such as pig, chicken, and cattle facilities. This included services like washing, cleaning, and general maintenance, along with supplying skilled personnel like tractor drivers and farmhands.

By 2017, Amploy swiftly identified another critical demand in the market: the need for experienced personnel to handle sanitization and insurance-related work on farms. This involved sanitizing farms afflicted with diseases within their livestock. Over subsequent years, Amploy developed robust cleaning protocols and forged strong partnerships with farmers, veterinary services, and insurance companies. Today, Amploy manages numerous sanitation projects across Norway annually, offering vital assistance to farmers during unpredictable challenging times.

In 2018, Amploy diversified its services by extending its staffing solutions to the food industry, particularly establishing partnerships with meat companies in Norway. Collaborating with Amploy’s Dutch sister company, Transway Contracting BV. Amploy drew from Transways 30 years’ experience and begun introducing experienced personnel into meat processing factories, strengthening the connection between farmers and factories.

In 2023, following years of success in staffing and Amploy’s own in house cleaning and sanitation services, Amploy embarked on a new venture by introducing Amploy Recruitment. Acknowledging the imperative for continued growth, we aim to extend our support to businesses throughout Norway leveraging our extensive network across Europe. We are delighted with the progress made thus far on this exciting new opportunity and look forward to the journey ahead.
